Annabel Senior

This project investigates distortion and hiding images in plain sight with digital manipulation, connecting to the feeling of not belonging after moving from the Annabel’s home town. The work explores technological glitching and the textures that come from it. The fashion sub-genres such as cyberpunk inspired this work. Cyberpunk is dystopian, futuristic, and feels unsettled. It points to a future society full of unrest and unease, much like how the designer felt after moving. The images used throughout the project are from Annabel’s hometown, and from the place she lives now.
