FARM | FACILITIES OF AGRICULTURE & REGIONAL MANDUCATION
This project addresses the disparity between agricultural reality and agricultural perspective: i.e. the disconnect between farming and food. The project research suggests that this perception gap has much wider, knock-on impact that its’ simplicity implies. The complexity of our food system is reflected in the organised-chaotic arrangement of the project. The FARM provides first, foremost, and only Feeding Culture. It is a Nutri-Economic system. The conflicts and consequences of nutrition under Capitalism are ever-present in today’s world – FARM removes economic agenda from the production and consumption of food, with its sole purpose to provide nutrition and reduce our consumption from superfluous (present) to sufficient (future).
