This proposal is an education centre that follows Confucius philosophies and principles, a library and a cultural heritage gallery define the education centre. The library's purpose is to create a place of learning where the public can enhance their knowledge this satisfies this Confucian. Principle of education. The gallery's purpose will start the public’s journey through the education centre while also teaching the public about Confucian philosophies in order to renew the people of Kunming cultural heritage. The Confucian philosophy of education can improve community’s happiness through knowledge which intern increases one’s spiritual wellbeing. This journey of fulfilment through education, the realization of the plans inspiration from Yin and Yang will hopefully restore and direct the local people of Kunming towards the laws of nature, Tao, to establish a humanistic social order through the implementation of the education centre.
