Our graduates have transformed ideas into experiences, becoming fully prepared for the challenging and rewarding profession of Interior Design. By bringing together the creative potential of interior spaces, the technical demands of construction and detailing, our graduates have produced ground-breaking final major projects showcasing a range of retail, leisure and community focussed briefs and demonstrating the skills and experience they have gained over their time on the Interior Design BA(Hons).
Here we show a range of commercially and socially focussed final major projects, they are the culmination of either 3 or 4 years work (depending on whether students have undertaken a work placement year). Students have engaged with research to develop innovative briefs that aim to break the boundaries of what Interior Design can achieve. Sites have been selected and design contextualised through professional practice. Projects culminate in the resolution of aesthetic, functional and technical concerns which is communicated through visualisation, graphics and technical information to give a full impression of the Interior Design scheme.
