Vinyl Retail Store
Hello, my name is Bryony, and I am from Nottinghamshire.
I take pride in my skills that I have achieved throughout my time at University. These include time management, communication, creativity, reliability, and others. My forte is designing in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign. These skills have been improved throughout the past year due to the Covid-19 restricting me to create physical models.
This project is something I have worked on over the past year and I truly believe I have put my everything into it. The brief comes from listening to vinyl records due to both of my parents having collections from when they were young. Being able to create a design around knowledge I didn’t realise I had. The concept for Groov-E Records is all around Groove/s. The physical grooves that can be found on a record as well as how it makes people feel. Music makes people want to get up and groove! In this space, customers shop and listen to music whilst in a unique retail experience including the opportunity to create their own personalised record with the option to grab a coffee/food along the way.
