The series of acrylic paintings entitled 'Connections' (2023) addresses ideas of vulnerability and the need to feel connected as something that gives us purpose, and the opposite of the fear of disconnection. Connection comes from allowing ourselves to be seen and accepted for what we are. These works show a portrayal of these instances consisting of intimate family moments.
