Irsa Tahroon

Fashion Brand Marketing BA(Hons)

I am a creative, determined, and enthusiastic individual with a desire to thrive within the fashion industry. Throughout my studies at the University of Huddersfield, I have learnt various skills and techniques that are crucial to a successful career, particularly within the social media, marketing, and PR sectors. The course has caused a development in my technical skills such as Adobe Cloud, IMOVIE and Microsoft alongside, my knowledge in areas such as styling, buying and creative direction due to its multi-disciplinary nature. I was able to explore my interest within social media marketing by creating innovative campaigns in both my second and third years of university. This was further developed by my dissertation in which I analysed the marketing tactics utilised by Jacquemus to promote the iconic Le Chiquito bag. I am currently looking to expand on this via employment as I can adapt to different environments, especially as the majority of my degree was during Covid-19. I am flexible and confident working alongside, both a team and independently. A unique attribute I can offer.

*Please note all brands used within my work are part of university projects and are in no way linked to the existing companies.
