Fashion Design with Marketing and Production BA(Hons)

We are very excited, and immensely proud, to share the fantastic work produced by this year’s final year BA (Hons) Fashion Design ‘Class of 2021’. The work showcased is by students from the BA (Hons) Fashion Design with Textiles, and the BA (Hons) Fashion Design with Marketing & Production.

This year, our final year students have responded to important topics such as sustainability, gender, body image, cultural heritage, and mental health, translating these into directional, purposeful, and thought-provoking collections. The culmination of 3-4 years of study (dependent upon whether students have undertaken a work placement year), on this long-established course, and in this highly regarded University, has equipped our final year students with the ability to approach, and resolve, the complexities of transforming initial abstract concepts into 2D and 3D professional outputs - a body of work that is now their ‘passport’ into the global fashion industry.

Our students have risen to the challenges of the COVID-19 lockdown to show amazing resilience, and innovation, in the methods they have used to present and showcase their work. We hope that you enjoy seeing the diversity of our students’ work; students can be contacted through the links provided, and we also welcome further enquiries about our course or graduates. Please also visit our course Instagram page at @hudd_fashion to see more work from all our students.
