My collection is inspired by working-class people and what they wear, focusing on the communities and workers in day-to-day life and their uniform. I designed new, practical and functional clothing with the silhouette being largely inspired by urban decline and dereliction. I incorporated a heavy print throughout, based on banners made during the miners' strikes in the 1980s. As working jobs are becoming more gender-fluid, the collection is unisex and designed for A/W 21-22.
