Forgotten Places
This project documents my interactions with the city and unconventional observations of the places I discover through this exploration. The way in which I am experiencing the city resists the standard conventions enforced by architectural design, perhaps acting as a statement against these rules. As I freely move through the city, ignoring these directions I am able to uncover and bring attention to these scenes which often go overlooked. The city is designed specifically to promote a certain mindset, although as I disregard this way of experiencing my environment I am allowed to move through and interpret this place at my own free will. These images represent both my reserved and intimate perspectives of the city, often showcasing the beauty which can be found in a place uncommonly observed this way.
