Beauty Portrait and Product Portfolio

Conforming to commercial photographic conventions of the popular cosmetics brand, Morphe, I photographed the ‘Hint Hint Skin Tint’ foundation from the ‘Morphe 2’ collaboration with Charli and Dixie D’Amelio. Linking to the campaign’s message of a natural aesthetic, I used natural props and sunlight, only using artificial lighting to replicate daylight. Morphe targets a younger demographic of social media users, collaborating with ‘influencers’ and advertising their products predominantly across online social platforms. Collaborating with aspiring make-up artists, I adopted a minimalistic aesthetic to help direct the viewer’s attention directly to the make-up and products.
