Knapp Textiles (a textile consultancy firm developed as part of Knapp’s FMP) specialises in the promotion of rare and native British wool research and creative business collaborations. We champion the use of this carbon beneficial material to achieve sustainable objectives and maximise performance capabilities through practice-driven research and development. Aimed at supporting clients of all scales, working with designer makers, manufacturers and farmers who share a similar ethos and passion for wool.

All fabrics from the Husbandry of Health collection consider a soil to soil sustainability model, which not only follows a positive closed loop system because of their ability to biodegrade, but also links into the wider loop of the sequestration of carbon back into the soil through the support of sheep farmers who follow regenerative agricultural methods.
