Our graduates on the International Fashion Buying Management course have overcome challenges, utilised their skills and become fashion professionals throughout their university experience. Working within a combination of the business and commercial aspects of the fashion industry, students have produced innovative solutions and outputs to a variety of innovative briefs around range planning, buying, sustainability, trend and digital innovation demonstrating their knowledge and understanding.
The showcase demonstrates our students original solutions to areas of the ever-changing fashion industry, from creating range plans to suit different consumer needs, behaviour and purchasing habits to ethical and sustainable sourcing. Projects consist of a number of components including sourcing and range planning using Japanese denim, education of sustainable practices and new brands and diffusion lines focussing on diverse issues such as size and disability.
