This is my project exploring the Embracement of the Female Form. This particular series is a campaign raising awareness for emotional abuse against women. I have named it She's Just. Each poster contains an illustration created by a trigger word used to gaslight women. The five words I have selected will be relatable to nearly every female, despite whether they feel as though they have been emotionally abused or not. My work is inspired by DC and Marvel comics. I wanted to incorporate powerful and iconic women to show how anything can be overcome, and that all women of different backgrounds and personalities can be victim to abuse.
